Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beauty Zone. We are committed to delivering your order promptly and safely. Beauty Zone currently delivers within Austria only. The delivery countries actually available are the ones that can be selected in the checkout; a country that cannot be selected there is not served.

Unless a different binding delivery period is stated on the product page or at the latest before the order is placed, delivery will be completed no later than ten business days after conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment has been agreed, the period begins on the day after receipt of the full invoice amount. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at Beauty Zone's registered place of business. The indicative transit times stated below refer to the period after handover to the carrier and do not affect this binding maximum total delivery time, which includes processing.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Austria). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Austria

We offer standard shipping within Austria. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all orders of EUR 100 or more delivered within Austria, calculated after discounts and excluding shipping costs.
