Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from the purchase contract by any unequivocal statement. Send it by e-mail to sales@beautyzonecare.eu or by letter to Beauty Zone e.U., Sonnenallee 122/16, 1220 Vienna, Austria. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in the withdrawal instructions; its use is not obligatory.

Please state your name, your order number and the goods concerned so that Beauty Zone can identify the contract, and give an e-mail address at which Beauty Zone can send you the acknowledgment of receipt.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or that third party acquire physical possession of the last goods delivered.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal declaration before the period expires. Whether or when you receive our acknowledgment does not affect whether the deadline was met.

Beauty Zone sends you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, by e-mail, without undue delay.
