Applicable law and contract language

Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to consumers. For contracts with entrepreneurs, the court having subject-matter jurisdiction at Beauty Zone's registered place of business in Vienna has exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory jurisdiction provides otherwise. Contracts can be concluded in German and in English. Our Terms and Conditions and the Withdrawal Instructions are available in both languages; each edition applies to contracts concluded in that language.
