How long does delivery take in Austria?

Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are processed the same day. Delivery across Austria typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.

Do you ship outside Austria?

Yes — across the EU. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Costs and free shipping thresholds for EU destinations are shown at checkout.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. Add a short message in the order note field at checkout.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened products. Contact us at sales@beautyzonecare.eu with your order number to initiate a return.

How do I choose the right routine?

Start with your scalp condition, not your hair length. The most common concerns: hair loss, scalp sensitivity, dryness, damage, colour-treated hair, curl definition. Use our Routine Finder or contact our team.

What’s the difference between home care and professional lines?

Home care is formulated for safe daily or weekly use. Professional lines include technical products for in-salon application — particularly the Colour & Technical range, available exclusively to verified professional partners.

Can I mix products from different lines?

Yes — by function. A Lotion Concentrée shampoo pairs naturally with any conditioning mask for length. Avoid combining multiple active scalp treatments simultaneously without a clear protocol.

How often should I use treatment products?

Usage frequency depends on the product and concern. Each product page includes a “How often” guideline. For active scalp courses: follow the protocol, then switch to a maintenance rhythm.

How do I get professional access?

Complete the application on our For Professionals page. Provide salon name, business registration, and professional context. Our team reviews within 2 business days.

What documents are needed?

Proof of business registration (Gewerbeschein or equivalent) and professional activity confirmation (website, salon address, or professional certificate).

What does professional access include?

Professional pricing, full Colour & Technical range, tech sheets, early access to training events, and reorder tools.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Beauty Zone e.U. (FN 627151g) is the official Medavita distributor for Austria. Every product is sourced directly through the official supply chain.

What does “85% natural-origin” mean?

Medavita formulates with a minimum 85% ingredients derived from natural sources — plant extracts, amino acids, mineral compounds — following ISO 16128 methodology.
